Infants Room
Our Infants Room is designed to encourage social interactions through communication, motor development and play with our infant educators to promote growth and readiness as future Toddlers.
Curriculum

Language and Literacy - Learning American Sign Language and Interactive Songs for developing communication and listening skills.

Motor Skills - Daily Tummy Time and Play to build up awareness and strength in arms, legs and neck to promote crawling and to support holding up their head up independently.

Creative Activities - Art Work, Toys and Musical Instruments to stimulate creativity, reactions and responses

Sensory and Science - Games and materials that allow them to use their sense of Touch, Sight, Listening/Hearing, Tasting, Smell and Body Awareness.

Circle Time - Books, Puppets and interactive Readings without Infant Room Educator.


Milestones
Through Daily curriculum, infants will learn to:

Build on their fine and gross motor skills allowing them to move their body and hands to the beat of music, learn and hold different textures and learn through play.

Build on their sense of sight, hearing, smell and touch to identify objects, colors and scents.

Communicate through expressions, babbling, pointing and sign language.

Become curious with toys and play to promote crawling and walking.
